What to Expect - Your ADHD Journey with Us

1. Free Screening

You’ll start with a short, evidence-based online questionnaire that helps identify whether ADHD might be present.

3. Comprehensive Assessment

Your assessment is a one-to-one consultation with one of our ADHD specialists, lasting around 1–2 hours. Using structured, internationally validated tools, we’ll explore your symptoms, history, and current challenges.

5. Personalised Treatment Plan

If diagnosed, we’ll work with you to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. This may include:

  • Medication initiation and titration – carefully starting and adjusting treatment to find the most effective dose.
  • Psychological support – including strategies, coaching, or therapy to help manage day-to-day life with ADHD.

2. Pre-Assessment Preparation

If ADHD is likely, you’ll be invited to complete detailed pre-assessment forms about your symptoms and history. Where possible, we may ask for input from someone who knew you in childhood, as this can add valuable insight.

4. Diagnosis & Report

Following your assessment, you’ll receive a formal diagnosis (if appropriate) and a detailed report outlining our findings. This can also be shared with your GP if you wish.

6. Ongoing Care & Support

Our team will support you with regular follow-ups, prescription reviews, and ongoing monitoring to ensure your treatment continues to work well for you.
